At Tropx, your security and convenience come first. We run checkout through Shopify Payments, giving every customer across the United States a secure, encrypted, and smooth payment experience.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At checkout, we accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

2. Payment Restrictions

To keep checkout secure and simple, we're unable to accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Personal Checks
  • Direct Bank Transfers
  • Money Orders
  • PayPal or Venmo

3. Payment Currency

All prices on our site, and every charge at checkout, are processed strictly in US Dollars (USD $).

4. When Will I Be Charged?

  • Payment Capture: Your card is charged immediately when you place your order.
  • Confirmation: Once checkout is complete, the full order amount is charged and you'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
  • Processing: We only begin preparing your order for shipment after your payment is successfully confirmed.

5. Payment Security & PCI DSS Compliance

Protecting your data is a top priority for us. Tropx runs on Shopify's infrastructure, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

  • All payment and personal data is transmitted securely through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
  • We never store, view, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking details.
  • Every transaction is processed directly through Shopify Payments' encrypted, industry-leading systems.

6. Billing Verification

To help prevent fraud, please make sure your billing details match exactly what's on file with your payment provider. Orders flagged by our fraud-prevention system may be delayed or cancelled to protect the cardholder.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our official Refund & Return Policy. Once approved, a refund is processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
